The Education Division protects the Public by:

  • Regulating and approving qualified schools
  • Granting applications to qualified instructors
  • Approving eligible and quality courses to be taught
  • Overseeing the the testing provider's examinations
  • Actively monitoring the school presentations for accuracy & professionalism
  • Reviewing and evaluation of real estate schools, instructors and courses
  • Promoting professionalism in the industry
