On June 5, 2015 the Department of Real Estate (ADRE) requested assistance from our stakeholders
On June 5, 2015 the Department of Real Estate (ADRE) requested assistance from our stakeholders in fulfilling Governor Ducey’s Executive Order 2015-01, which directs all agencies, including the ADRE to provide the Office of the Governor an evaluation of their rules, including recommendations for which rules could be amended or repealed.
With your help, the ADRE provided the Office of the Governor an evaluation of its Administrative Rules (Commissioner’s Rules) on August 28, 2015. The report includes recommendations for which rules could be amended or repealed as requested by the order, as well as a summary of licensing timeframes and recommendations where reductions can be made.
