The Message Center is the Department's best and preferred method of communication and allows customers to submit a question, application, or complaint, directly to the ADRE division that can assist. Licensing typically replies within a couple of hours. For all other requests, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We appreciate your patience.

As of August 30, 2024, ADRE has moved to appointment-only for in-person assistance. If you would like in-person assistance, please reach out using our Message Center.
If you are traveling from out of town and are unfamiliar with the Phoenix area, we suggest you use Google Maps to obtain driving directions. ADRE is located in a four-story building at the North-West corner of West Washington and 15th Avenue. Visitors may enter the parking lot from 15th Avenue.
