The Arizona Real Estate Law Book is published for the convenience of real estate licensees and the public. It is revised annually to reflect changes to Statutes and Rules since the last edition.
The Arizona Real Estate Law Book is limited in its scope, in order to focus on just those parts of Arizona State Law that relate to the Department of Real Estate and to licensing of real estate professionals. Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1033 Any person, in a manner and form prescribed by the agency, may petition an agency to request the making of a final rule or a review of an existing agency practice or substantive policy statement that the petitioner alleges constitutes a rule.
