The Message Center is the Department's best and preferred method of communication and allows customers to submit a question, application, or complaint, directly to the ADRE division that can assist.
Our Licensing Division typically replies within a couple of hours. For all other requests, please allow up to 2 business days for a response. We appreciate your patience.

As of August 30, 2024, ADRE has moved to appointment-only for in-person assistance. If you would like in-person assistance, please reach out using our Message Center.
