No, corporations, limited liability companies and general partnerships are required to be licensed as real estate entities with a designated broker. (A.R.S. § 32-2125.A and A.R.S. § 32-2155.A) A licensee may be paid in the name of the licensee OR through a professional corporation (PC) or professional limited liability corporation (PLC or PLLC), which has been registered by the licensee with the Department AND each member or manager holds an active real estate license in Arizona.
