Disciplinary Action

On January 30^th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson’s license number SA699825000 issued to Hershy Petty. The revocation was based on Petty’s failure to comply with a Commissioner’s Order and felony convictions. The Order can be viewed through the Department's website here.
