Form Frenzy! ADRE to Release New Forms Department-wide!

Today, ADRE is releasing 19 new Licensing forms and 6 forms for Enforcement and Compliance. What’s changing and what do you need to know?
All of the forms have a new, unified look and feel. Each of the form names now indicate what the form does. All of the forms describe exactly when you’d want to use it and where to submit it. All forms are PDF fillable.
Last year, the Governor’s Office rolled out a program referred to as Form Frenzy. The effort was aimed at creating easier to understand language and forms and focused on removing unnecessary forms, fields, and pages.
We understood the assignment.
And in fact, ADRE changed every form! By doing so, the Department eliminated 14 forms, cut 106 pages and removed 622 fields.
Over the next several weeks and months, ADRE will be switching out the forms for Development Services, Investigations, Auditing, Homeowners’ Association Dispute Petitions, Recovery Fund, and Education.
