How do I request or register a name for my Team?

Team names are no longer managed by the Department. The rule (R4-28-502 - Regulating Teams) was repealed in March 2005. The Designated Broker and Team members are still responsible for the accuracy of all advertising, including meeting all the requirements of R4-28-502, as well as, displaying the employing Broker's name in Team advertisements, with the Broker’s name consistent in size with the Team name.
