Under what name may a property manager perform property management services?

A property manager may conduct property management services only on behalf of the employing broker to whom the property manager is licensed. The department does not license an employing broker under more than one doing business as (dba) name and all property management services must be conducted or promoted using the name under which the employing broker is licensed.
