Certified License History
A Certified License History is a document generated by the Department to provide on-demand details of a Real Estate Licensee and their status in electronic format. The document also lists the general Arizona Real Estate Licensing prerequisites. The Certified License History is no longer provided by ADRE in a physical format.
How to Generate a Certified License History
- Type a name or license number in the Search Individual Licenses portion of the public database.
- View the Licensee you are trying to access.
- Under "Individual License Details", select the large blue "Download Certified License History" button and the Certified License History will be generated as a PDF that can be downloaded.
- There is no fee to obtain a Certified License History.
