Cease and Desist

On August 12, 2015, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order directing an unlicensed individual, James Garrett and the unlicensed business of U S Vacation Destinations, both of South Carolina, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any and all real estate activity including the purchase or sale of timeshare interests or timeshare points, as defined by A.R.S. §32-2101 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as the Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.
