Disciplinary Actions

On June 3rd, 2024 the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking Real Estate Salesperson License number SA655104000, issued to Caleb Williams. The revocation was upon Williams’ violation of Real Estate rules and regulations, specifically misrepresentation.

On January 1st, 2024 the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking Real Estate Broker License number BR006215000, issued to Steve Dubinka. The revocation was upon Dubinka’s incompetence to perform his duties as a licensee, and violation of Real Estate rules and regulations.

On August 7^th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate broker license number BR510121000 issued to Maria G Kovrig and the real estate entity license LC668959000, issued to ESM Properties LLC. The revocation was based on Kovrig’s property management irregularities.

On September 9, 2024 the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking the Real Estate Salesperson License Number SA679862000 issued to ROBERT MCCORMICK and assessing a $2,000.00 civil penalty. The revocation and civil penalty were based on MCCORMICK demonstrating incompetence to perform any duty or requirement of a licensee.

On June 17, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson license number SA645174000 issued to Jacob Winters. The revocation was based on Winter’s failure to disclose pertinent information and to provide invoices, permits, or written disclosures regarding the property, while acting as the listing agent.

On June 6, 2024 the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing the holder of entity license Right Price Realty, LLC dba Right Price Realty (LC706154000) and Designated Broker Kenneth Price (BR682763000) to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing property management activity in any capacity whatsoever, di

On February 12^th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate broker license number SA107347000 issued to Alexander Kocharov. The revocation was based on Kocharov’s property management irregularities.

On February 7^th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate broker license number BR569044000 issued to Roland Best. The Order also revoked the entity license of LC692106000, issued to Best Asset Management, LLC dba APL Properties. The revocation was based on Best’s failure to respond to an investigation.

On February 7^th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson’s license number SA660743000 issued to Julio Cesar Cordova-Wilkins. The revocation was based on Cordoca-Wilkins’ felony conviction.

On January 30th^th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate broker’s license number BR628929000 issued to Corinna A Myers. The revocation was based on Myer’s dishonest dealings.
