Disciplinary Actions

On June 11, 2021 the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Steve Knutson to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental, soliciting real estate business and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.

On April 27, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings Of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order directing that real estate broker license BR110076000 issued to Jennifer Mountjoy-Zwisler is revoked. On March 26, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings Of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order directing that real estate broker license BR647109000 issued to Robert Eric Struse is revoked. The Order further revoked real estate entity license number CO509182000 issued to The Property Management Group, Inc. On March 4, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that salesperson's License SA685831000 issued to J'Wain Alexander Richards is summarily suspended. On March 1, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salesperson's License SA688013000 issued to Emanuel Torres is summarily suspended. On January 4, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Broker's License BR572504000 issued to Brian D. Gillham is summarily suspended. On December 28, 2020, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking Broker's License number BR117650000 issued to Kimberly E Murray and entity License number CO113022000 issued to X.T.R. On December 7, 2020, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Richard Pick to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.

On December 8, 2020, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salesperson's License SA686319000 issued to Adam Charles Widdecke is summarily suspended.
