On November 9^th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson’s license number SA561070000 issued to Adam M Montgomery. The revocation was based on Montgomery’s felony conviction.

On September 7^th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order revoking real estate salesperson license number SA555819000 issued to Nicholas McConnell. The revocation was based on McConnell’s recent felony convictions.

On August 31^st, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued Commissioner’s Final Order revoking real estate broker’s license number BR045787000 issued to Margaret Polley. The Order further revoked the real estate entity license number LC108439000 issued to Silver Home Rentals LLC.

On August 24th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order revoking Real Estate Salesperson license number SA661156000 issued to Richard Byrd. The revocation was based on recent Nevada disciplinary orders resulting in the revocation of Byrd's license in that state.

On August 1st, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson’s license number SA683811000 issued to Ahmad Soughar.

On July 11th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order suspending real estate salesperson’s license number SA692185000 issued to Rios, Nelida Oveida. The suspension was issued due to Rios’ felony conviction.

On June 30th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order suspending real estate salesperson’s license number SA516356000 issued to Zoltan Vincze. The suspension was issued due to Vincze’s felony conviction.

On June 2^nd, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson’s license number SA688730000 issued to Tanner Wolf. The revocation was based on Wolf’s failure to comply with a Commissioner’s Order.

On May 27^th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson’s license number SA034123000 issued to Devon Dray. The revocation was based on Dray's failure to comply with a Commissioner’s Order.

On May 26^th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Elisabeth Johnson, Elle Joe Investments Corporation, and Anne Powlas to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or l
