On August 31st, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued Commissioner’s Final Order revoking real estate broker’s license number BR045787000 issued to Margaret Polley. The Order further revoked the real estate entity license number LC108439000 issued to Silver Home Rentals LLC. This Brokerage was also doing business as Silver Home Realty AZ. The revocation was based on Polley’s to provided records and failure to respond to an audit or investigation. The Orders can be viewed through the Department’s website by clicking HERE and HERE.
