Disciplinary Actions | Cease And Desist Order

On January 21, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order vacating the October 8, 2021 Cease and Desist Order after Myles Smith, Keith Rogers and Smitty & KJ'S Home Solutions, LLC demonstrated compliance with the applicable real estate laws and entered into a Consent Order with the Department. Click Here to view the Vacate Order. 

On October 8, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Myles Smith, Keith Rogers and Smitty & KJ'S Home Solutions, LLC to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.
