Disciplinary Action

On November 16th, 2023, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson’s license number SA631907000 issued to Kristina Zundel and real estate broker’s license number BR550249000 issued to David Zundel. The revocation is based on Zundel’s failure to respond to an investigation. The Order can be viewed through the Department's website here and here.
