Disciplinary Actions | Cease And Desist Order
On May 26th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Elisabeth Johnson, Elle Joe Investments Corporation, and Anne Powlas to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. Johnson is the holder of broker’s license BR520716000 and the Designated Broker of Elle Joe Investments Corporation dba Noble Realty license number CO511261000. The Order issued to Johnson can be viewed HERE and the Order issued to the Noble Realty can be viewed HERE. Anne Powlas is an unlicensed person and the Order issued to her can be viewed HERE.
