Disciplinary Actions | Commissioner's Final Order

On March 22^nd, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order revoking real estate salesperson license number BR544876000 issued to Jose Luis Ramirez. The Order further revoked the real estate self-employed broker’s license number SE544876000 issued to Rey Broker. The revocation was based on Ramirez’s failure to responded and provided records, failure to comply with a Commissioner’s order and failure to respond to an audit or investigation.
