On March 17, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salespersons License SA624430000 issued to Jose Rivera is summarily suspended. The suspension was based on a Class C felony conviction in the United States District Court, District of Arizona for ten (10) counts of Conspiracy to Commit Mail Fraud.
