On July 31st, 2023, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order suspending real estate salesperson’s license number SA659493000 issued to Aubrey Sturdivant. The suspension was issued due to Sturdivant’s felony conviction. The order can be viewed through the Department’s website by clicking here.

On June 6 th , 2023, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order revoking real estate salesperson license number SA702321000 issued to Kory Bay.
