Disciplinary Actions | Cease and Desist Order

On October 2, 2020 the Arizona Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order to Robert Eric Struse, holder of license number BR647109000 and The Property Management Group, Inc., holder of license number CO509182000 for trust account irregularities.

The Arizona Department of Real Estate has directed that all named respondents immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity, as defined by A.R.S. §32-2101 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first complying with all applicable laws and rules. Click here to view the order.
