On July 11th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order suspending real estate salesperson’s license number SA692185000 issued to Rios, Nelida Oveida. The suspension was issued due to Rios’ felony conviction. The order can be viewed through the Department’s website by clicking here.
