Disciplinary Action

On August 24th, 2022, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings of Fact, Conclusion of Law and Order revoking Real Estate Salesperson license number SA661156000 issued to Richard Byrd. The revocation was based on recent Nevada disciplinary orders resulting in the revocation of Byrd's license in that state. The order can be viewed through the Department's website, here.
