On September 15, 2023, the Department of Real Estate issued a Commissioner’s Final Order affirming the Cease and Desist Order issued to real estate entity license number LC584863000 issued to GORENTER.COM, LLC dba GORENTER. The order was based on unlicensed activity and failure to provide documents. The order can be viewed through the Department’s website here.
