Disciplinary Action

On February 12^th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate broker license number SA107347000 issued to Alexander Kocharov. The revocation was based on Kocharov’s property management irregularities. The Order can be viewed through the Department's website here.
