On August 7th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate broker license number BR510121000 issued to Maria G Kovrig and the real estate entity license LC668959000, issued to ESM Properties LLC. The revocation was based on Kovrig’s property management irregularities. The Order can be viewed through the Department's website here.
