Disciplinary Action

On or about January 27, 2025 the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing the holder of entity license Davila Real Estate Solutions, LLC (LC630584000) and Designated Broker Germaine Davila (BR045252000) to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing property management activity in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. The order can be viewed through the Department’s Public Database.
