On or about January 29, 2025 the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension, suspending entity license RIPL Property Management LLC (LC697693000) and the broker license of Designated Broker Marcus McBeth (BR572616000). The order can be viewed through the Department’s Public Database
