On April 29, 2025, the Department of Real Estate issued into a Consent Order Consenting to Revocation and Waiver to Rights to Hearing, revoking Marcus McBeth’s and RIPL Property Management LLC’s real estate license (BR572616000/LC697693000). The order can be viewed on the Department’s Public Database.
