On September 29, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Parral Investments LLC and Salvador Carranza to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.

On April 19, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order Vacating a February 18, 2021 Cease and Desist Order issued to Benedict Adamo, Traci Mousetis and Affordable Business Concepts. On March 26, 2021, the Department of Real Estate issued Findings Of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order directing that real estate broker license BR647109000 issued to Robert Eric Struse is revoked. The Order further revoked real estate entity license number CO509182000 issued to The Property Management Group, Inc.
