Disciplinary Actions- Cease and Desist-

On December 14, 2015, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order Shannon Boswell, and unlicensed person, and 1st American Home Tenders, and unlicensed entity, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any and all real estate activity including rental and/or leasing activity, as defined by A.R.S. §32-2101 et seq., and Property Management activity as defined by A.R.S.

On December 3, 2015, the Department of Real Estate issues a Cease and Desist order directing Margaret “Peg” L. Shandera dba Shadow Mountain Real Estate & Property Management in Cottonwood, AZ to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any and all real estate activity including rental and/or leasing activity, as defined by A.R.S. §32-2101 et seq., and Property Management activity as defined by A.R.S. §32-2171 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly within the State of Arizona, without first complying with all applicable laws and rules.

On November 30, 2015, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order Maria Wilmeth, and unlicensed person, and Properties by Sunridge, LLC, an unlicensed entity, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any and all real estate activity, including sales, listing, leasing and renting, as defined by A.R.S. § 32-2101 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as the Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.

On November 24, 2015, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order directing a licensed Associate Broker, Hilda Joaquim of US Investment Realty LLC, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any and all real estate activity, including sales, listing, leasing and renting, as defined by A.R.S. § 32-2101 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as the Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.

McKallor to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any and all real estate activity as defined by A.R.S. §32-2101 et seq., and Property Management activity as defined by A.R.S. §32-2171 et seq., in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly within the State of Arizona, without first complying with all applicable laws and rules.
