Disciplinary Actions

On November 16, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Paul Scherer, Arizona Vacation Getaway LLC, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals LLC and Tristan Lloyd to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.

On November 16, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Robert Campos, Anthony Garcia, Michael Morris, Carlos Rodriguez, Jesus Moreno and Dream Week Realty to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissio

On November 7, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Rylie Alder to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. Click her

On November 6, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Broker's License BR646521000 issued to Gary P Swanson is summarily suspended. The suspension was based on failing to remit. Click here to view the order.

On October 24, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salesperson’s License SA646387000 issued to George A. Petru is summarily suspended. The suspension was based on a criminal complaint charging Petru with two (2) felonies and two (2) misdemeanors. Click here to view the order.

On October 24, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salesperson’s License SA647679000 issued to Cole Williamson is summarily suspended. The suspension was based on a criminal complaint charging Williamson with a felony, Assault with a Deadly Weapon and great bodily injury. Click here to view the order.

On September 21, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Corbin Spanko and Covenant Commercial Real Estate, LLC to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner 

On September 11, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salesperson’s License SA630644000 issued to Reuben V Macias is summarily suspended. The suspension was based on a criminal complaint charging Macias with Endangerment, a class 6 designated felony and DUI, a class 1 misdemeanor. Click here to view the order.

On September 7, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Virtually Incredible and Todd Breen to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. 

On August 16, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Sharon Clendenen, Carmen Estes and All Seasons Brokerage, LLC to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.
