On August 1, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension, immediately suspending real estate salesperson license SA664971000 issued to Ken R. West. The immediate suspension was based West's convictions of two (2) felonies. Click here to view the order.

On June 20, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Michael Cobert, David Parsons, Paula Dalton and Westwood Realty Inc.
