Disciplinary Actions

On March 7, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking Broker’s License number BR112903000 issued to Sarah B. Reyes. The revocation was based on non-compliance (order). The order can be viewed through the Department’s website Click here to view the order.

On February 26, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Oscar Selles and Selles Property and Investments LLC to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner.

On February 23, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salesperson’s License SA654968000 issued to Paul J. Stolarik is summarily suspended. The suspension was based on a criminal complaint charging Stolarik with 5 counts of Burglary 2nd Degree and using his real estate credentials to commit the burglaries. On February 22, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salesperson License SA581579000 issued to Roman Maes IV is summarily suspended. On February 8, 2018, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking Salespersons License number SA641882000 issued to Sarah Kelley. On January 22, 2018 the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing David Kinas and Deed and Note Traders LLC to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner
