On June 3rd, 2024 the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking Real Estate Salesperson License number SA655104000, issued to Caleb Williams. The revocation was upon Williams’ violation of Real Estate rules and regulations, specifically misrepresentation.

On January 1st, 2024 the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking Real Estate Broker License number BR006215000, issued to Steve Dubinka. The revocation was upon Dubinka’s incompetence to perform his duties as a licensee, and violation of Real Estate rules and regulations.

GRRC Approves ADRE 5-Year Rule Review Report

On Tuesday, October 1, 2024 and in welcome news, the Governor's Regulatory Review Council (GRRC) approved the Department's 5-Year Rule Review as part of its Consent Agenda.

 

Last week during their Working Session, Council Members commended the Department for its stakeholder engagement and outreach and were generally complimentary of the Department during the Working Session.

On August 7th, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate broker license number BR510121000 issued to Maria G Kovrig and the real estate entity license LC668959000, issued to ESM Properties LLC. The revocation was based on Kovrig’s property management irregularities.

On September 9, 2024 the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking the Real Estate Salesperson License Number SA679862000 issued to ROBERT MCCORMICK and assessing a $2,000.00 civil penalty. The revocation and civil penalty were based on MCCORMICK demonstrating incompetence to perform any duty or requirement of a licensee.

On June 17, 2024, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order revoking real estate salesperson license number SA645174000 issued to Jacob Winters. The revocation was based on Winter’s failure to disclose pertinent information and to provide invoices, permits, or written disclosures regarding the property, while acting as the listing agent.
