Out-of-State License Recognition Salesperson License
The list below is all of the documents that you will be required to submit when you are ready to apply for your license. More detailed requirements for licensure can be found in A.R.S. §§ 32-2124.
Prior to application, you will be required to take an exam with our third party testing vendor, Pearson Vue. Use the button below to view their information, find a test center, or schedule your exam.
Required Documents
- AZ Real Estate Salesperson Examination Score Report
- This is provided by Pearson Vue once the Real Estate Exam has been passed.
- Salesperson Application Form
- Disciplinary Action Disclosure Form
- If you answer yes on any of these questions, you will also need to provide the applicable documents from the Disclosure Document Checklist.
- License History from the other state where an equivalent license is held for at least one year
- Out-of-State License Recognition - Arizona Residency Attestation Form
- 6-hour Contract Writing Course Certificate
- This must have been completed within 2 years of the date of application submission.
- Arizona Department of Public Safety issued Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Instructions to obtain this can be found on the AZDPS Fingerprint Information page.
- Proof of authorized legal presence in the United States
- A list of approved documents can be found in A.R.S. §§41-1080
- Please note that if the document that you intend to use does not contain a photograph of yourself, you must also present a government issued document that contains a photograph of yourself.
- Fee Waiver Request Form, if applicable
- Fee waivers are only applicable for applicants receiving a license for the first time. Please see the linked form for additional information.
