Disciplinary Actions

On August 12, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Randall Johnson and Valley Vistas Management Company to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. 

On July 25, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Timeshare Clearinghouse and Jeffrey Kelso to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. 

n June 6, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Lisa Tellef, Designated Broker of Molly Bridgeman Realty, Inc.

On May 25, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Marc Kelman, an unlicensed person, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. 

On April 22, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing David Varnell, an unlicensed person, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. 

On April 19, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Winnie Hui Tang and Mancenido Enterprise LLC dba Winnie Tang Realty to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Cease and Desist Order is vacated by the Commissioner. 

On April 4, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist Order directing Norman Furrey, Designated Broker of Cactus Pine Real Estate, and Norm Furrey Real Estate & Property Management, an unlicensed real estate business, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any real estate activity including sales, listing, rental and/or leasing activity and property management activity, in any capacity whatsoever, directly or indirectly, within the State of Arizona, without first demonstrating full compliance with all applicable laws and rules and until such time as this Ce

On March 17, 2016, the Department of Real Estate issued an Order of Summary Suspension directing that Salespersons License SA624430000 issued to Jose Rivera is summarily suspended. The suspension was based on a Class C felony conviction in the United States District Court, District of Arizona for ten (10) counts of Conspiracy to Commit Mail Fraud. On February 15, 2017, the Commissioner of the Department of Real Estate issued a Commissioner’s Final Order revoking the real estate licenses of J. Colleen Gunderson, BR518894000, Rosita Lopez, BR569509000, Jesse Lee Gunderson, SA527264000 and Golden Globe Investments LLC dba Century 21 All Star Realtors, LC583868000.

On August 12, 2015, the Department of Real Estate issued a Cease and Desist order directing an unlicensed individual, James Garrett and the unlicensed business of U S Vacation Destinations, both of South Carolina, to immediately cease and desist from engaging in any and all real estate activity including the purchase or sale of timeshare interests or timeshare points, as defined by A.R.S.
